The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Sonic-chan” nor its affiliates shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

You understand that all design elements and creative material on this site are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or redistributed in any way, in any form, in any media.

You are solely responsible for any false disclosures or legal ramifications of viewing, reading or downloading any material from this site. Furthermore, “Sonic-chan” nor its affiliates will be held responsible for any legal ramifications arising from fraudulent entry into or use of this website.
